PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT

TEACHER: Mr. Ayaz A. Shafi.

If any task is hard to do, it is worth doing.
We, the students of EIILM 1st Sem. ST-6 were given a task by our Campus Head
Sir Mr. Ayaz A. Shafi but we haven’t done the task and gave various reasons for not
doing the task to prevent ourselves. We were explained by our Sir that there are no
such reasons of not liking the work. Actually we didn’t do it because we could not
understand the importance of the task.

If we are to excel in our lives we have to do the task regularly. Not doing the work
properly depends on the problem of cause and effect, intervention or non
intervention. Logical thinking mainly depends on facts and values. If we sit and
think logically we can find out a way for not doing a job or an action. We don’t think
before doing a work and just say “I don’t know why I did so.” This is sometimes not
rational because we don’t think logically before doing a work.

But in some cases we cannot think rationally or logically. For example, if a

question comes for life or death of dear ones. But we have to think rationally in the
most cases and have to make our mind think positively before doing a work. So
that we could say why we did so? What was going in our mind before doing those
actions? We have to understand the cause of doing such tasks and the effects which
can help us to excel in future.

If we find anything which is very tough to do we should not leave the hope and just
say “It’s impossible for me.” Or “I can’t do it.” We have to think positively and find
out the cause why we can’t do that particular task? We could get at least one solution
if we think rationally. Then if we follow the steps we can see the effect of our rational
thinking. The moral of all the above discussion are we have to judge ourselves
and have to try the tasks which are challenging have to ensure that our brain’s
development is happening.
