We are outlining our team profile to be involved in preparing the annual helath report for State health
society, Bihar in collaboration with Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna. The proposal has been
prepared in coordination with Agrani team and professors/ experts from Chandragupt Institute of
Management Patna.

Agrani Foundation has experienced team members from Engineering and Management background. We
have worked in different government/ non-government projects in Bihar like agriculture department,
private companies and NGOs.

We have done an intensive research study on health statistics in Bihar for CIMP by the permission of the
Hon. Principal Secretary, Health, Govt. of Bihar.

The proposal has been prepared by good amount of research done across Bihar. We have been involved
in social development projects such as microfinance, retail management (on carts/shops), women
entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial literacy, skill development, marketing agriculture produce in Patna,
Nalanda, Arwal, Purnea, Aurangabad, Gaya.

The proposal carries the details and financials of what we propose to do, to meet the requirements of
SHS, Bihar and we will follow as advised by SHS, Bihar. The details of the team involved are attached
with this letter.
