Competition rules

1. All FIFA rules apply except the one which is stated in the competition rules.
2. Number of players per team. (10 players only)
a. Only registered players are allowed to play for the teams they are registerd with.
b. If anyone found playing for other than their registered teams, the player and the
team he plays (the latter) for will be disqualified from the competition.
c. Sorry no compromise on that matter.
3. Attire
a. Jersey with numbers.
b. Socks, shin pads and boots.
c. Proper soccer shorts, only.
d. No Bermuda pants.
4. Reserve players
a. 3 players can be changed / substituted at any time during the match.
b. All changes must be made from the centre of the field from the organizers side.
c. The substitute player enters the field only after getting the approval / permission
from the referee.
5. Duration of play
a. 7 + 1 + 7 (15 mins only).
b. The next in going teams are to be ready 5 minutes before the kickoff time as
stated in the schedule.
c. Please refer the time at the notice board attached at the grandstand.
d. An allowance of 5 minutes is given to the late comers, then it’s considered walk
over.
6. Referees decision
a. Referees decision is final. No point arguing with them.
b. No arguments with the referee, please.
c. Anyone awarded with a red card is deemed to face the disciplinary board.
7. Protest.
a. If there is a protest, please play under protest and do inform the organizers and
the referee.
b. Deposits to be made - RM200.00 (non-returnable if the protest is not valid or
void)
8. System of play
a. Knock out
b. Draw, penalty, 3 kicks and continue with ‘sudden death kick’, if all the players
have kicked and the decision is still a draw than the coin will be tossed to decide
the winner.
c. Semifinal (last 4 teams) will be crossed.
d. Final (Champion and 1st Runners up)
e. 3rd and 4th position.
9. If there is any dispute and the solution is not met based on the competition rules than the
committee reserves all the final decision. Their decision is FINAL.
10. Prize money will be given to the rightful winners.
11. You can take part only if you understand and agree to all the rules stated above.
