SUBJECT: LAUNCH NEW CHILDREN SHOES

As a shoe maker the resources should be bought in a cost-effective manner in


order to make profits and to be in line with the competitors. Special attention
needs to be given on the shoes as it should be in bright colors because children
like dark colors and they should be fancy in nature mostly as fancy stuff in
preferred by children, the shoes should have a good quality and have to be
durable as bad quality gives a bad impression on the parents of the children and
on the firm itself also there should be a wide range of shoes available for children
and differing prices so that people from every class could afford the shoes and
increase the market share of the company.

Pricing should be done keeping in mind a profit margin as children. When they
like a shoe would buy it at any price but pricing should be done in accordance
with the competitors in order to compete with them. Advertisement should be
done through Television as children watch Television more and mostly on Cartoon
Network and serials which children watch the most and schools can be visited in
order to convince children about the shoes and a special gift such as an Eid card
or an Eid toy should be given on buying shoes in eid season.

The shoes should be available all over Karachi and in every area but it has to be
kept in mind that the shoe range should be according to standard of people living
in that area, as it is not useful to keep costly shoes in Korangi as people are not
able to buy them. Warehousing should be very close to the outlet as in Eid season
the demand in huge and has to be covered rapidly.

If all these factors are catered for than the target sales figure of selling 50,000
shoe pairs can be achieved with case or even further sales can be done.
