    Ako’y Isang Pinoy I Am Pinoy


    Refrain 1: Refrain 1:
    Hindi lang sa kulay, ako’y isang Pinoy Not only in color, I am Pinoy
    Hindi lang sa ilong, ako’y isang Pinoy Not only in nose, I am Pinoy
    Sa wika at gawa, ako’y isang Pinoy In word and in action, I am Pinoy
    Sa puso at diwa, ako’y isang Pinoy In heart and spirit, I am Pinoy

    Refrain 2: Refrain 2:
    Mahal ko ang aking Bayang Sinilangan I love my country, my birthplace
    Oh Pilipinas, Perlas ng Silangan Oh Philippines, pearl of the orient
    Tanging mithiin, kanyang kaunlaran My only wish is its development
