FORMAT: Women’s division – 10 teams (2 pools of 5 teams)

Men’s division – 10 teams (2 pools of 5 teams)
Collegiate division – 10 teams (2 pools of 5 teams)*

Each team will play a minimum of 4 games (2 periods of 20 minutes). A

Champion will be crowned in each Division.

* Only University / College Teams will be accepted in this division!

COST: $650.00 US per team. Maximum of 12 players per team

ACCOMMODATION: Crowne Plaza Hotel, Trevose, PA

Reservations must be made by February 1, 2011 to be able to secure the
Tournament Rate of $90.00 per room, per night. Includes Breakfast!

REGISTRATION: Entry Forms and Fees are due by January 5, 2011. Space is limited, so to
ensure acceptance, please submit your Application with the appropriate
Entry Fees by the stated deadline.

CONFIRMATION: Teams will be notified of their acceptance no later than February 1, 2011.

REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be granted after February 1, 2011

ROSTERS/SCHEDULES All teams accepted into the tournament will be required submit their final
Team Rosters no later than February 5, 2011. Teams will be notified of
their schedules only after all rosters have been received. The Tournament
Schedule will be posted by February 10, 2011.
