    Install all LAN and other drivers from the motherboard CD. If there is a device with a question mark instead of the network adapter, click on it to find missing USB drivers. Select "Update drivers" and choose to update from a specified location by selecting the USB folder within the BSNL drivers folder. Follow the screenshots to install the USB drivers, and press OK when prompted before the next window appears.

    First install all the lan drives and other drivers from motherboard cd source

    Here you will find instead of network adapter you will find other devices with question
    mark

    Click on that on that and you will find usb drivers missing

    Click on that and choice update drivers

    In the options select select from specified location and go to bsnl drivers folder and
    choice usb folder and click update

    And once usb drivers are installed follow the following screen shots
    Before a window comes press ok for that
