Fried Rice:

For four people:

Add oil (a few teaspoons)


Add 1 chopped onion (maybe green onion has better flavor but that should be added after
ginger and garlic, and add green onions with vegetables. ONLY FOR CHINESE FLIED LICE)
Add chopped garlic (2 pieces)
Add grated ginger
Add frozen stir fry vegetables
Add old rice (cooked)

For Chinese Fried Rice:


Add green onion
Add soy sauce
Add Chili pepper sauce

For Indian Fried Rice:


Add mixed vegetables instead of stir fry
Add Garam masala and tomatoes
Add bay leaves
