1. Activities Chair/Executive Director of Activities


a. Must keep records of all members and officers that are
taking part in helping the club.
b. Make sure that club has sufficient funds so you
overlook the treasurer and make sure she meets the
responsibilities of her position.
c. Decide what activities and fundraising activities AOF
Club will put into action.

2. Secretary
a. Preside during all officer and member meetings and
keep an accurate record of the meetings.

3. Public Relations
a. In charge of keeping members informed by creating a
monthly newsletter and bulletin board.
b. Be working alongside historian to create posters
advertising the club and its activities.
c. Attend all Clubs & Organizations meetings to keep the
officer board informed of what is occurring.

4. Historian
a. Maintains records of the club by photographing all
events that take part in the club.
b. In charge of creating scrapbooks for state conferences
AOF will be attending.

5. Treasurer
a. Custodian of all funds
b. Keep updated binder of all receipts and check
requests
c. Give financial reports during all officer meetings.
