    The Direct Entry 5th Webserver Anniversary Tournament will celebrate the 5th anniversary of the Direct Entry program on April 5th, 2011. The ICCF Congress approved the special international tournament, which will have 3 stages and prizes at each stage. The entry fee will be the lowest ICCF fee to reward support of the Direct Entry program. The tournament will use a 10 moves/30 days format with a conditional line and will allow title norms to be earned. It will be open to players affiliated with federations accepting Direct Entry, and titled players and new players will receive 1 free entry. Registrations are scheduled to begin in mid-December 2010.

    Entry 5th Webserver Anniversary Tournament

    Direct Entry 5 Webserver Anniversary Tournament

    In order to celebrate the first 5 years of the Webserver Direct Entry


    (DE) programme, the 2010 ICCF Congress (Kemer, Turkey) has
    approved the organization of a special International Tournament
    which will start on April 5th, 2011 – just the day of the anniversary.

    To reward Member Federations and players for their support in the


    DE program, the entry fee will be the lowest ICCF fee. There will be
    3 stages (preliminary, semifinals, final), and prizes at all stages.

    This is going to be a great and fast tournament, 10 moves/30 days,


    conditional line available, title norms possible and a short playing
    period for the preliminaries – 15 months maximum.

    The Direct Entry 5th Webserver Anniversary [DE5A] event will be


    open to players or new players affiliated with a Member Federation
    accepting Direct Entry. Titled players (including FIDE title) and new
    players from those Member Federations will be granted 1 free entry.

    Registrations should start mid-December 2010. More details very
