a) Flybase :

FlyBase contains a complete annotation of the Drosophila melanogaster that is updated several
times per year. It also includes a searchable bibliography of research on Drosophila genetics in the
last century. Information on current researchers, and a partial pedigree of relationships between
current researchers, is searchable, based on registration of the participating scientist. The site also
provides a large database of images illustrating the full genome, and several movies detailing
embryogenesis

b) WormBase:

WormBase is genome of the model organism Caenorhabditis elegans and related nematodes. It is
used by the C. elegans research community both as an information resource and as a mode to
publish and distribute their results. The database is constantly updated and new versions are
released on a monthly basis. WormBase is one of the organizations participating in the Generic
Model Organism Database (GMOD) project.

c) SGD :

The Saccharomyces Genome Database (SGD) provides Internet access to the complete
Saccharomyces cerevisiae genomic sequence, its genes and their products. SGD aids researchers by
providing not only basic information, but also tools such as sequence similarity searching that lead
to detailed information about features of the genome and relationships between genes. SGD
presents information using a variety of user-friendly, dynamically created graphical displays
illustrating physical, genetic and sequence feature maps.
