Saudi Arabia Eid al-Adha Set On 16 November 2010

Mecca (ANTARA) - The government of Saudi Arabia set the Idul Adha 10 Dhu al-Hijjah
1431 Hijri fell on Tuesday, November 16, 2010. Saudi Arabian news agency, SPA, Sunday (7
/ 11) mentioning that the determination was made after the Saudi authorities in observing the
month on Saturday (6 / 11) night, reinforced by the results of calculations of astronomers at
the Saudi official. Thus, about 1.5 million prospective pilgrims from around the world will
start the ritual of the pilgrimage begins with the Standing at Arafat on November 15, 2010.

Based on the new moon position in all parts of Indonesia on Saturday, November 6, 2010 or
29 Dzulqaidah 1431 Hijri height above the horizon but still below two degrees. Therefore, he
said, can not be said to enter in the month of Dhu al-Hijjah so fulfilled to 30 days then 1 Dhu
