General Terms and Conditions

 The owner shall provide Alarte’s Garden the following free of charge
- Access and entry to the job site
- Power and water supply during construction and warranty / maintenance period

 Terms of Payment
- 50% down payment upon approval
- 50% balance upon completion

 Completion Time
- Work is estimated to be completed within 1 week, working days except during unworkable weather
condition, construction at the jobsite or delay to other parties.

 Addition / Deletion
- Any item not within the scope of the work but required to be incorporated in the finish project shall
be and additive cost. Any whole item deleted before work shall be deductive in cost. For alteration like
reduction in volume, length, width or thickness on any part of the structure, shall not be considered
deductive cost.

 Other
- Water and electrical supply shall be provided by the owner during the duration of work and
establishment of planting materials. Upon practical completion, maintenance shall be done by the owner.
