After the system-reform of Gansu foreign trade, Gansu Qihui Industry & Trade strives to become a star and window enterprise in

even through out the nation. In recent years, our firm kept in charge of introducing the world standard technology and advanced

3) Technic Introduction

a) Washing tech and accessories:

Through cleaning stone and mud, it can protect the machine works properly keep starch quality accordingly. Our advanced technic
can make this work effecitively and make perfect quality of starch.

b) Grinding work
Our machine has high effective, speed so it can keep the starch to be uniform.

c) Screening Machine
It can realize wash water pressure, the flush time, washing water of automatic control, in actual applications made very good
cleaning effect.

d) Washing Machine
Our machine can make the last level of hydrocyclones exclusion of starch lacteal concentrations reach 23Be.

e) Dehydration
Can realize automatic feeding, automatic dehydration, automatic cleaning, is the present domestic most ideal starch dewatering
equipment.

f) Drying Machine
Good heat coefficient tall, heat transfer area is high volume, the drying time is short, etc.

g) Starch Cooling and Screening Machine

Our factory adopted air cooling system, the equipment has low energy consumption, low temperature effect is good, stable
operation, large quantity, etc.

A) Continuous production ability

The whole production line adopts the automatic control performance is a high-tech, modernization and continuous production
processing methods, thus product production cycle shortens greatly, raw material from breakage, processing to make the product
only 6 ~ 8 minutes.

B) Complete enclosed pipeline process

Material crushing namely after entered closed processing system, producing a clean environment, reasonable and water saving.
Avoiding materials with oxygen in the air for long time to contact and produce the Browning, to avoid the environmental pollution of
dust and bacteria, and to ensure the quality of products.

C) Integrated installation and convenient maintenance

The equipment adopts integrated modular structure, thus greatly reduces the cost of the installation of equipment and date of
installation. While many of the components adopt standard equipment, thus reduce maintenance costs and relatively.

5) Key indicators
* This production line is daily production of starch 50 tons per day, total 5000 tons per year.
* Starch 1.4%of > 93%.
* Potato raw material requirements: containing starch > 15%,
* Water requirement: < 0.1, hardness < speed.gratifying 100d, SO2 < 0.55 PPM, iron < 0.9 PPM, no pressure, the floating-debris >
0.2 MPa, refined parts to soften water.
* Finished product of starch standard:
-moisture acuities 18 ~ 20%
-fineness 99.6 p (100 mesh through)
-protein acuities 0.1%,
-whiteness, reflectivity 475mn 90% (p), chemicals, 30ppm SO2 acuities ash acuities 0.25,
