Introduction
• SOP is the abbreviation stated as Standard
Operating Procedures.
• This SOP of Sops is mainly to describe the
preparation, implementation and maintenance
of all the Sops within our project settings.
• Is a set of written instructions that document a
routine or repetitive actitivity is followed in any
organization.
Importance
• Why do we need to have SOPs
Provide people with all the safety, health, operational
information to perform work properly
Ensure processes continue uninterrupted and are
completely on a prescribed schedule
Ensure approved procedures are followed in compliance
with the study regulations
Serve as a training document for teaching users
Serve as historical record of how, when, and why the
procedures exist
Responsibility
• All staff
• Students and visiting workers
• All section heads be responsible to supervise
the writings and updates of sops for all
activities within their sections.
