Step 1

• Ensure your organisation has an ISO 9001 compliant

system
- Modify the Sovereign Certification Sample Quality
Management Manual to create a bespoke document
suitable for your business activities and reflecting
your operations

Step 2

• Submit your Quality Management Manual for

assessment
- Sovereign Certification will review and comment
upon your manual until it is agreed it demonstrates
compliance with the standard

Step 3

• Implement and undertake all operations in accordance

with your approved Quality Management Manual
• Sovereign Certification will provide a Declaration of
Conformance to you for signature

Step 4

• When you are confident you are complying with the

systems as outlined within your manual; return the
signed Declaration of Conformance
• Sovereign Certification will then issue a Certificate of
Registration
