Attached is the letter that was sent to (b) (RGV SBInet) regarding Brownsville’s East Loop Project.
According to (b) (6) not have any idea (at least officially) of this project, yet the
yesterday, IBWC does
(6) this project has been in the works since 1980. According to the letter, the project is a
letter states that
joint venture between TXDOT, Cameron County, and the Brownsville Navigation District. Also, (b)
sent me the plans for the project. He obtained them from the City of Brownsville several months (6)back.
(b) requested a copy of these plans, but I don’t know if there are any legal restrictions that prohibit
(6)from providing SBInet with the copy. I just want to make sure that we don’t step into a messy

situation that gives the City of Brownsville any kind of ammo against us.

When you open the pdf you need to zoom in so you can see the information because the settings for
paper are too large. Also attached is the letter that was sent to me from the city of Brownsville,
