Let's get together tommorrow and design the format that we will use as a baseline for brieifng purposes on this
matter.
I want our part to be "crisp" and our portion of this briefing, clean, crisp, succint, to the point.
By Project:
- start point
-cummulative of where we are at on briefing day
- how much has been accomplished since activation of Border Patrol Assets and oversight
- how much to go to meet objectives
- list of potential concerns identified at outset ("on the horizon" potential problems): material/manpower
synergizing and alignment, equipment concerns (training of BP assets, owner rental issues, etc)
- means to identify any daily setbacks experienced and plans to address and make-up setback on timeline objective

Starting Thursday, August 9th, 2007 we will be initiating a high priority Daily Fence Dashboard Meeting. In the
event that a principal is unable to attend, Deputy’s are asked to be present. The first meeting will be Thursday,
August 9, 2007 at 1:00pm for one hour in the Commissioner’s Small Conference Room. Subsequent daily meetings
are as follows:
