     This will be effect from 01.04.2010, the claim for the period 01.04 to 31.07.2010 will
    made by SEDCL in eight equal installments.
     The recovery of ad hoc fuel cost since Nov’09 as per FPPCA-35/09-10 ends.
     WBPDCL will recover Rs. 25201.99 lakh as additional fuel cost for the year 2008-09 from
    SEDCL as per order no. FPPCA-42/09-10 dated 01.06.2010 in ten installments June’2010
    onwards.
