As you are kindly aware, National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), under Ministry of
Textiles, Govt. Of India is a premier institute catering in the areas of Education, Research and
Consultancy and cluster development. As part of the Course Curriculum the students of
“Fashion Technology” department specialising in B.F.Tech - Apparel Production studying in
semester 5 have to undertake a study on Indian textile industry, with respect to understanding
the concept of spun yarn production, grey fabric production, dyed and finished fabric
production and their quality particulars both technical and commercial.
The internship program is proposed to be from 27th December 2010 to 7th January 2011 (two
weeks). We request you to give us an opportunity to do textile internship in your prestigious
organization.
