• The gist of this service is to realize the customers just before the Bill due date to deposit their bill and avoid additional surcharge. • This service will help in developing customer’s habit of depositing the bill in time. Hence ensuring the collection process as well.

Business Rules • Service will be available for all PTCL subscribers and will be offer as VAS • The service will be available on Opt-In basis • The service will be absolutely Free • Charges of Service will not be the part of any package • Service can be availed with all existing VAS • Bill Alert SMS will received on customer’s Mobile number • At the time of order entry, CSR will edit the customer information if customer profile doesn't have already available mobile# information. • Already available Mobile number input will be used for sending Bill Alert SMS to the customers. • This service will be available to all customers on opt-in basis. • Bill Alert SMS will initially be sent once a month and later on twice a month on agreed dates.
