HUMANITIES 100 CULMINATING DAY

BOOTH DISPLAY COMPETITION

Theme
Civilization and Literature: The Legacy for all Time from the Great Masters of the World

Objective
1. To bring out the talent of the students by presenting a booth display about
the different eras of civilization and literature of the world
2. To visualize the wisdom of the contributors of the civilization and literature
that have shaped our world
3. To appreciate the industry of the ancient and modern development of our
world
This competition is open to all students who are enrolled in Humanities 100 for
the First Semester of school year 2010-2011
.
Judging Criteria
5. All participating teams will be judged according to the following criteria:

Criteria Score
Content / Relevance to the theme 20%
Concept of booth design 10%
Creativity and Overall Appearance 20%
Total 50%
Guidelines for Booth Display competition

1. The booth entry shall be participated by the section enrolled in HUM 100
Mechanics of the Competition.

2. The booth making contest will only be for those who are enrolled in Humanities
100 for the first semester of school year 2010-11.

3. The entry shall be by class or section.

4. The display shall feature on the contribution of each era of civilization.


5. The participating teams may start decorating their booth in the morning of the
day of the completion and it will end at 4:00 P.M. The judging of the booth will
start at 4:30.

6. There are three judges who will rank the winners as first, second, and third. The
decision of the judges will be final.
