INTRODUCTION The given case study deals with the quality of dental care service provided by Dr. Beckett and mission statement of her dental care is “it is our goal to provide superior dentistry in an efficient , profitable manner with in the confines of a caring , quality environment.” ANALYSIS
Dr . Beckett redesigned the service delivery system
by providing excellent facilities and equipment. There were eight employees in the dental practice , including Dr . Beckett. the seven staff members were separated by job function into “front office” and “back office” workers. She provided her employees with many opportunities to update their skills by attending classes and workshops. Dr. Beckett’s one of the main goals was to standardize some of the routine procedures so that error was reduced and all patients would receive the same level of care. She did not use any promotional strategies . mainly word of mouth is the promotion for her well known services provided. CONCLUSION
She has provided all the services and facilities to all
her employees and patients with witch there was an increase in the productivity . but the main drawback was the place of office which is far away from main city.
