City and church names in suits
HIDALGO - Hidalgo County got its first lawsuit regarding the border fence.
The Justice Department filed the suits targeting individual private property owners. They're
also suing the City of Hidalgo and the Latin American District Conference of the Mennonite
Brethren Church.

The government wants temporary access to land in order to survey it. This latest lawsuit
follows yesterday's lawsuits against nine property owners in Cameron County.
