Attached is the EPT equipment that I know of to date. Listed below is the Rental Equipment that is

currently on-site at the Navy Seabee Project DNM-01A at the Columbus, NM POE. I believe this
project was picked up as a PF-70 project, plus H-2B is a 1.5 -mile continuation of this project. It’s my
understanding that the Rental equipment was all rented by the JTF-N personnel and they’re scheduled
to be here thru 09/30/07. The last word we had was that JTF-N has a verbal agreement with a Marine
unit to arrive shortly thereafter and continue where the Seabees quit. (Point is equipment not
available).

Attached is a preliminary spreadsheet that reflects what each sector submitted as available fence crew
personnel. The solicitation earlier today went out prior to the teleconference with Chief Colburn.
Please review the attached information for completeness and accuracy. If you have additional
personnel that can be added, please respond by 0800 EST. tomorrow (8/7). It is extremely important

to capture all available personnel and their level of expertise in order to coordinate the allocation of
staffing for this effort. Please send your comments to me or ACPA (b) (6) .

Please use the second attachment to list sector equipment available for fence construction. Also,
please indicate condition of each piece.
