HISTORY.

 Indra Nooyi was born into a Tamil family on


28 Oct, 1955.
 She earned an MBA at the Indian Institute

of Management in Calcutta, and master’s


in public and private management from
Yale school.
 She began her career by working with
Johnson & Johnson

Her vision is to take PepsiCo company from

colas to fruit juices, and from shareholder

Padma Bhushan award by the Government of India.
 She is announced as CEO of the year Global
Supply Chain Leaders Group
 Indra Nooyi has been named as the3rd most
powerful woman in the world according to the
2009 Forbes survey.

 she is the only Indian woman to become the


CEO of the more $ 25 Billion Multinational, and
perhaps the first Indian to reach to this level.
WHY SHE IS A GOOD LEADER
 Leadership is hard to define and good leadership
even harder. But if you can get people to follow you to
the ends of the earth, you are a great leader. As a
leader, I am tough on myself and I raise the standard
for everybody; however, I am very caring because I
want people to excel at what they are doing so that they
can aspire to be me in the future."
