    The Board of Directors (“Directors”) of Ouhua Energy Holdings Limited (the “Company”) wishes to
    announce the appointment of Mr Victor Jia Bin as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) with effect from
    20 August 2010.

    The detailed template announcement pursuant to Rule 704(7) of Listing Manual of the Singapore
    Exchange Securities Limited (“SGX-ST”), containing the matter of appointment of Mr Victor Jia Bin,
    will be released separately to the SGX-ST.
