The brand endorser in the ad George Clooney has given an absolute
sophisticated look & aspirational aspect. The black & white used communicate
the sophistication with elegance. All in all, the ad is perfect and has a class.
OMEGA – A Journey through Time
Throughout its 159 year history OMEGA has consistently played the role of
pioneer in the field of watchmaking. Their pioneering spirit extends to fields as
varied as the exploration of the universe to the exploration of the ocean depths.
Their expertise is also called upon for timekeeping the world’s most prestigious
sporting events.

The forerunner of Omega was founded at La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland


in 1848 by 23-year-old Louis Brandt, who assembled key-wound precision pocket
watches from parts supplied by local craftsmen

OMEGA is a watch company based in Biel/Bienne Switzerland. It’s of the


most known and recognized watches in the world. Omega watch was the choice
of NASA and the first watch on the Moon in 1969. James Bond has worn it in films
since 1995; other famous Omega wearers are John F. Kennedy, George Clooney,
Nicole Kidman and Cindy Crawford. Omega estimates that 7 out of every 10
people have heard of Omega watches. The Swatch Group owns Omega.

From 1932 onwards, Omega has been officially mandated timing device for
Olympics. When billions of viewers in front of the television witness the top
athletes to create one world record after another, they see the Omega sign at the
same time.
On July 20, 1969, Omega became the first and the only wristwatch brand
that ever launched on the moon. After creating the history, Omega was accepted
by more and more people in the world. On July 26 this year, the world`s first
plane that only uses solar energy will begin its pioneering flight. Omega is one of
the major partners in this project.
