Understanding your tireless effort in nursing Topgy Ghana although we are on path and I believe we
will be there soon. I wish to present for your consideration and action some personal challenges that I
think if considerably address I believe would enhance the intensity of my potentials undisrupted in my
field of work.

My current Allowance: “ I had always believe to create an avenue before discussing the issue of
remunerations but sir to be sincere, the indisputable circumstance I’m left in; thus being the eldest and
obliged with the responsibility of four in the family including myself, wife, daughter and youngest brother
who is currently in the senior secondary school has left me with no option apart from encouraging me to
work harder and always intensify my effort to earn much than to propose for your sincere consideration of
my current allowance.

However, appreciating what I am currently earning, I hope a little effort would do much better to
sustain myself and family whereas to also reduce frustration that the peak load of utility bills serves me
monthly.

I am much encouraged and assures you of an outstanding productive results as efforts has really been
intensify since you left.
