    utilities for ________________ N. 7th Ave. have not been placed into your name.
    You’re currently in default of your Lease Agreement. Payment of the attached
    bill is due by September 27, 2010. You MUST pay the attached balance and have
    the utilities placed in your households name by 9-27-2010 or receive a 30-day
    notice to vacate. Please make your check or money order payable to Cedar Trace
    Apartments.
