See attached minutes that contain the brainstorming items. • F.Y.I.'s: • Bingo Night is co-sponsored by Faith Formation and the school. It is coming up this Friday, Oct. 16, at 5:30 pm. • Kristin Gay has provided three dates on the Sacrament of Confirmation calendar for adult catechesis. Next week, on Oct. 20 and 22, Ed Braun will meet with the parents on the topic of The Sacraments of Initiation/Confirmation. Other dates are January 12 and 14, and a week to be determined in April. The April date will include logistics of the confirmation Mass and a prayer night. • Adult Faith Sharing Groups have begun six weeks of meeting. They are reflecting on the book Can You Drink the Cup? by Henri Nouwen. We have about eighty people meeting in nine groups. One of the groups is a young adult group. Another group is a young moms group that will begin in Advent. • Catholic Conversations: .. Fr. Craig led the conversation on Sept. 30 on The Priesthood. Conversation was excellent but only about 15 or so people attended. .. Fr. Bob Loughery, CSC, Oct. 21, on the topic of Who Is My Neighbor? .. Fr. Mike, Nov 18, on either The Word Made Flesh or on the Eucharist. .. Fr. Peter Siamoo, Dec. 3 on the topic of Inspired Service (It's his birthday). .. Future dates: January 27, February is parish retreat, March 17 on Celtic Spirituality, April, May. • Bob still wants to work on developing the Faith Formation Website.
