    Ref :-Further to my application dated 26 Oct 2010.

    Respected Sir,

    I, would like to thank you for providing an opportunity to me to serve in your prestigious institute as an “Assistant
    Professor”-MBA from 13th Sep 2010, but would like to resign from the said post since I have got the opportunity in
    another institute which is nearby to my place and suits to me keeping in view of long time aspects.

    Sir, since I have not completed six months of service, my resignation may please be considered with immediate
    effect as per terms and conditions ‘10’ of Order of Appointment Ref No. SCES/IIMP/ESTT/711-R/2010 dt 18.08.2010
    i.e “one month notice or one month’s pay in lieu of notice period in case the period spent in service is more than six
    months” .Also my “Experience Certificate “ may please be issued and dues may be cleared accordingly.
    Once again I thank you for given opportunity. Seeking your kind co-operation in this regard.
