    INTERPRETATION:
    The natural gas production of Russia has started to decline initially till 2001 and the it started
    increasing in its production till the year 2008 and a sudden fall in the year 2009. The coal production of
    the Russia has seen an increase from the beginning of 1999 till 2008 and there has been a sudden
