Name: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Department: OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

Primary Function: The primary purpose of the Executive Assistant is to assist the President on
various occasions and support him/her in his/her efforts to enhance the operations of the
Company.

Responsibilities:

1. Assists the President in developing strategic plans to advance the company's mission and
objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. This will
be done through constant research and studies.
2. Helps the President oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality,
service, and cost-effective management of resources through constant generation of
reports and analyses.
3. Reviews activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in
attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current
conditions.
4. Assists in evaluating the performance of Business Unit Heads and Managers for
compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in
attaining objectives.
5. Fosters and facilitates communication between and among members of the Board and
Business Unit Heads.
6. Plans and leads Management and Board Meetings with the President.
7. Makes and reviews presentations to the Board.
8. Composes and delivers speeches in meetings or other events as representative of the
Company in behalf of the President.
9. Supports and co-leads the ePLDT employees, when necessary, with the President.
10. Takes on projects, assignments and attend events for Infocom to help obtain the
organization’s over all goals.
11. Schedules and coordinates the meetings of the President with the Executive Secretary.
12. Prepares for executive board transitions with President, including goals, agenda,
executive board job descriptions, ideas for new executives, and calendars for the
upcoming year
13. Helps in promoting the company through written articles and personal appearances at
conferences and on radio and TV
