Product Listing
Products are logically organized into easy-to-locate product categories. Medical professionals come to Medcompare
to research products (and services) through our comprehensive database. Users are able to compare products side-
by-side with a view of all specifications and product information. Place your products throughout the entire
Medcompare network and generate targeted sales leads.

Includes
Image, product specifications, product description, vendor contact information, link to vendor website, request
information, and request quote buttons.

Submission
Data can be submitted in Excel files, we can extract product data directly from your website, and/or we can extract
data from your printed material.

Leads
Leads are generated when the user clicks on the request information or request quote buttons and fills in their
information. Product-specific sales leads are delivered three times a week via e-mail. The leads are distributed in
either text or spreadsheet and include the product, who to contact, the preferred contact method (phone, e-mail, fax),
when to contact, and any questions. All editorial articles and some advertisting opportunities link directly back to the
product listing to promote the generation of highly qualified leads.

Exclusive E-mail Blast


Take advantage of highly effective permission-based marketing. Through Medcompare, clinicians “opt” to receive
product information, event and e-seminar announcements, and promotions via e-mail from third parties. Advertisers
can promote their products in an exclusive e-mail message to this extremely targeted “opt-in” e-mail list as a low-
cost, efficient, and effective way to reach their target
audience.
Newsletter Sponsorship
Enhance your visibility by sponsoring our HTML newsletters. These newsletters are targeted according to discipline
and distributed to thousands of medical professionals weekly. Sponsorships feature your company logo, product
announcement, and link to your website.

Multimedia Marketing
Videos are an effective way to convey a complex product message or to demonstrate product utility. We offer many
multimedia solutions that can be anywhere along the spectrum from purely educational to purely branding solutions.
By integrating streaming product videos into online marketing campaigns, you are able to inform and educate an
unprecedented number of medical professionals.

Deadlines
All campaigns (new or existing), due five business days prior to start date.Any image not conforming to the above
specifications will not be placed online and will result in delayed start dates.

Editorial Articles
Include your products in expert-authored articles covering the advent and current applications of today’s hottest
technologies. Positioning in this section includes: a product image, description, specifications, home page presence,
links and company information, a request information button, and placement
in targeted weekly newsletters.

Product Showcase
Want to make your product stand out? Large images and easily viewed specifications featured in our product
showcases draw in viewers, guaranteeing greater product exposure and lead generation. Product showcases include
four to five images, product description with a request information button,
quick specs with request quote button, and a link to the product page on your
website.
Quickpick
Featured in our e-mail newsletters, quickpicks are an easy way to increase product awareness and show how your
product differentiates against competitors. A quickpick starts with an introduction paragraph describing the type of
product being compared, as well as the advent and current applications. Below
the introduction paragraph is a side-by-side comparison of three products including description, specifications, and
buttons for request quote and requestinformation.

Full Page Ad
Got Print Ads? Put them on Medcompare. Nothing announces a promotion or a new product like a full page
advertisement. Have your print ads converted to a webpage, or let Medcompare’s creative services team create an ad
for you. There’s no way a user passes up your ad when it’s a full page. Full page ads
are linked from the product details page, or can be combined with the Exclusive E-mail Blast and sent via e-mail to
Medcompare users.

Dynamic Rich Media Ads
