Further to the interview and discussion you had with us, we are pleased to offered you in our organization as Sr.
Sales Officer on the following terms and condition:

Annual Compensation:

Your annual compensation package will be as set out below:

Grade: M3

Basic Salary Rs. 78000.00

Conveyance Rs. 12000.00

Mobile Rs. 6000.00

House Rent Allowance Rs. 6000.00

Gross Total: Rs. 102000.00

Performance Incentive:

You will be paid incentives based on your performance and your Target should be 15 Boarding per month and the
contribution to the organization as per the policy as we discussed. Your Incentive Code and Employee code will be
PSPL/0203.

Retrials:

You will be entitled to statutory benefits of Provident Fund and Gratuity as per the rules of the organization . We
will be happy to discuss this with you on your joining us.

ESIS:

You will be eligible for coverage under the Employee’s state Insurance scheme as applicable.

Probationary Period:

You will be on probation for a period of three month from the date of your employment. Subject to satisfactory
performance during the probationary period you will be confirmed in the service of the organisation, in writing.
Kindly note that you are requires joining, our organisation within committed days from the receipt of this latter.
You are required to sign the copy of this letter as a token of your acceptance of the above terms and return it to
us immediately.

You will be required to submit a copy of the relieving letter from your present employer at the time of the joining.
