Reliability
 Nike produces its every product up to the international standards.
 Nike sports products has specially designed according to the needs of professionals
players that’s why Nike is more reliable and trustable brands among the professionals
players.
 Nike shoes have zoom air sole and inflated tongues so as to reduce the pressure of feet
and provide more comfort. This comfort ability is also maintaining its other products.

Assurance
 Nike made the lateral move to learn more about its customers’ needs.
 Nike fulfill the needs of its customers in term of its involvement in several products like sports
shirts, Bags, sunglasses etc, that’s why customers have great confidence on this brand.

Tangible
 The Nike is readily available as a well known brand all around the world. This brand is
very popular in its customers and it fulfills the needs of its customers very
comprehensively.

Empathy
 Nike always put itself at the customer place that’s why Nike always fulfills its customers’
needs and always communicate with its customers to know more about the customer’s
satisfaction.
 Nike advertises its products worldwide according to the norms, values, attitudes, beliefs
and cultures of several areas of customers to satisfy them.

Responsiveness
 Nike has designed a separate department for handling the customer’s complaints.
 Nike is the more responsive brand towards its customer’s obligations that’s why
customers are satisfied with Nikes products.
