Actors
• Product Owner: Prioritize project activities. Knows in
detail every project aspect. Able to specify sets of tasks
in project.
• Scrum master: Scrum methodologist. Should conduct
meetings and solve team troubles. Must balance the
pressures on the development team.
• Scrum team: The people who will develop and
implement the functionalities chosen by the product
owner.
• Users/Customers: Will benefit from the final product and
would be able to suggest changes and improvement
through process.
Actions
• Product Backlog: All tasks and requirements in project to be
succesful. Should be maintained and updated by product
owner.
• Sprint Backlog: Sets (or one) of tasks extracted from product
backlog. Should take two to four weeks. Once started you can
not change or interrupt until complete.
• Daily Scrum Meeting: Daily. Quick and informal. 30 minutes
maximum duration; three questions to all members in scrum
team:
• What have you done?
• What are you going to do today?
• What help do you need?
