Dear Mrs.Aguilar

I am a junior lll-Dove but transferred to the other section lll-Eagle who took
Advanced Chemistry class under, Mr. Pablo A. Bayang and I am writing to you to appeal
distribution of Report Card for the Forth Grading Grades on March 30, 2010
I feel that Mr.Bayang did not give my situation the proper respect and
understanding that it truly deserved. On March 18, 2010 at 04:15A.M., I was struck by a
motor going 50 mph on my way to the school. I survived the accident but fractured the bones
in my legs and hips. I have enclosed the medical documents detailing my stay at Caraga
Regional Hospital
Because of this setback, I had to reschedule the distribution of cards for forth
grading grades for the following week (March 30-31) and move to the week after that (April
07-08) to allow for me to recover. I had my classmate Julie Mae Batican sends the necessary
letters to all of my teachers requesting to postpone the date of giving my card by a week. All
of them agreed except for Mr. Bayang who did not send any reply at all. The doctors said
that it would take me at least one week to properly recover, and even if I did prepare the
things to get them, I would not be able to produce the expected output considering my
debilitated condition.
I feel that the situation is not warranted because I never guilt him. Therefore, the
risk of me to give my card and being prevented from transferred in the other school because
of not being able to give my card due to an unavoidable circumstance is unacceptable.
The medical situation which prevented me from taking the final at the scheduled
time was beyond my control. I would ask you to grant me another opportunity to get my
report card. I look forward to meeting with you to discuss this matter. Feel free to call me
