REACTION PAPER on 10,000 BC

Well, first of all let’s talk about the story. Well I wasn’t really impressed
about neither the plot nor the message of the story because the way I see it,
they were just an ordinary tribe trying to show how things were done a long
time ago. It’s more of a fiction story book for me. A simple plot and a simple
way of showing how people a long time ago eat and stuff, hunt, and
everything. I would rather prefer Apocalypto. It was more of action and
survival compare to 10,000 BC that focuses togetherness of all those black
tribes lead by a white man.  I don’t really mean to sound racist and all.

Second scene that caught my attention is how fast the black tribe lead
by D’Leh went to the camp of those who abducted his woman Evolet, when
in fact they were on foot. It turns out that by the moment they got their it
was like the next day since from the time they were shouting on mountains
and stuff. If I would be able to change that scene it could have been that by
the time D’leh tribe arrive at their camp, Evolet is already married or owned
as I recall her being slave by the WarLord (Ben Badra). And how is it that as
a warlord he had to give up everything for that slave? Should it be that
warlords are known to be superior and could have been more masculine than
that? I mean being hooked with a slave and just accept the punishment, I
don’t see any characteristics of being a warlord or gladiator as he is. 

Last scene, that I find hilarious was the ending. It was kinda funny how
Evolet came back to life after the mammoth passed to D’leh and nodded and
looked at him and how that old mother died instead of Evolet. If I recall she
was fully shot by the stick that I think hit her somewhere vital on her body.
Unrealistic that’s what I call it.  Over all the movie is good for children
about 8-10 years of age  because the graphics are a bit cool and nice and it
wasn’t that bloody as I thought it would be so yeah a rating of 5 from 10 of
the movie 
