Lincoln Club of Orange County Endorses Lucille Kring for State Senate
Local GOP Fundraising Organization “Very Excited” About Prospects for Race

Anaheim, CA—June 4, 2010—Anaheim City Councilwoman Lucille Kring was endorsed by the
Orange County Lincoln Club, ratcheting up the pressure on Kring’s opponent, Lou Correa.

“The Lincoln Club of Orange County is proud to endorse proven, fiscal conservative Lucille
Kring for State Senate,” said Robert Loewen, President of the Lincoln Club of Orange County.
“We’re very excited about the prospects for taking this seat back from a tax-raising Democrat.”

Lucille Kring has served on the Anaheim City Council for eight years from 1998-2002 and then
again from 2006 to the present. She has built a reputation as a committed taxpayer’s advocate
and a dedicated servant to the community who will bring the same focus on fiscal responsibility
to the State Legislature.

A graduate of Western State University College of Law with a J.D. degree, Kring and her
husband also own and operate a business in Anaheim, experiencing first-hand the issues of small
business owners in a downturned economy.

Founded in 1962, the Lincoln Club of Orange County has shaped local, state and national
politics for over four decades. The club has played a pivotal role in the candidacies of Ronald
Reagan, Pete Wilson, George Deukmejian as well as the recall of Gray Davis. Throughout its
history, the Lincoln Club has stayed true to its founding principles and continues the important
work of fighting to reduce the power and scope of government, pushing for lower taxes, and
more freedom for us all.
