of Adjective Clause
The rules of reducing adjective
clause
 If there are Relative pronoun and to be, so
omit both.

For example:
Jim who is standing at the window works for PT.
Timah.
 Jim standing at the window works for PT. Timah
Cont’d
The rabbit which is chased by the cat last night
belongs to John.
 The rabbit chased by the cat last night belongs
to john.
