I. Materials / Process a. Refer to Work Instruction in Operating the diff. parts of the ff. machine;
Preparation - Crushing Machine (see illustration 1)
- Screening Machine (see illustration 4)
- Mixing Machine (see illustration 3)
b. Prepare appropriate PPE's and other necessary materials.

II. Crushing, Screening a. Wear appropriate PPE's (see illustration 2). - gloves, ear plug, apron, eye goggles, mask
& Mixing b. Switch on the machine.
c. Observe the following:
1. During sorting, properly handle the materials for crushing (especially
pointed mat'ls.) to avoid accident. 1
2. Ensure that no excess materials scattered on the floor.
3. Properly segregate materials for re-use and materials for disposal.

4. Properly dispose NG materials.

note : Ensure that all materials for crushing has no insert to prevent
accident on the machine and operator.

d. Environmental quality monitoring;

1. Ensure that the crushing machine is cleaned properly to avoid
contamination.
2. Use material lot number to identify which material had passed the
test for non-containment of hazardous substances before loading
the material into the machine.
3. Observe the use of assigned machine per material type.
