this documentary. There was both diegetic and
also non- diegetic sound.
There are different sound effects as well in the
documentary. There are sounds that have a
dramatic effect to tell the audience that it is a
serious documentary about a topic that today
still has not been improved or resolved.
Use of Editing - this documentary was editing
professionally. It had conventions such as
cutaways and imbedded sound.
The editing was not modernised because of the
date of thee documentary. When editing that
particular documentary they would not have had
all the equipment there is today. That explains
the reason for sometimes the sound seeming
louder than usually and a few crackles.
Content and Conventions the content of the
documentary was about the former England
manager Graham Taylor and the problems he
faced with the fans and the team when managing
England in the qualification process for the world
cup 94 in the USA.
