    Workers at a company have been threatened and faced violence from supervisors. There are two main reasons for this: 1) The supervisors like to dominate the workers and prohibit their rights. They should attend seminars to learn how to be good leaders. 2) The workers do not know how to protect their human rights and have faced harassment as a result. They can seek help from the Indonesian Commission on Human Rights. Additionally, team leaders and supervisors have treated workers rudely for two reasons: having low morality where they do not respect workers and having low anger management where they cannot control their emotions well. Solutions include the supervisors learning to respect workers, being empathetic listeners, and seeking counseling to manage anger.

    The domination of supervisors

    The supervisors should attend some seminars and course

     Morality of supervisor low
    - The supervisor did not learn to respect the workers
    -Example:yelled and cursed them,called them”pig”,”stupid”

    learn to respect and listen to the workers

    According to Mary Opperman,a good supervisors should be an empathetic
    listener and has compassion towards the workers.
