- Stretch techniques 2.) I will use clinic time to practice on fellow students and clients
- Trigger point therapy 3.) I will use the internet and text books to show and provide examples
- Fascial therapy of each technique
- Frictions 4.) I will use feedback from clients and teachers to better my
technique
