    1 Checks for response and breathing
    2 Activates emergency response systems/calls for AED
    3 Locates CPR hand position visually
    4 Delivers first cycle of 30 compressions within 18 seconds
    5 Opens airway using head tilt-chin lift
    6 Gives 2 breaths ( 1 second each )
    7 Delivers second cycle of 30 compressions with correct hand position
    8 Gives 2 breaths ( 1 second each )
    9 Checks carotid pulse after 5 cycles of compressions and breaths
    10 Continues CPR until casualty revives or health workers arrive
