It is intended that the design will be spread over an area, with intervening landscaping, lessening its
visual impact and integrating it more fully into the overall scheme.

Extension to Existing Pavilion

Grassland/Meadow o Location: Adjacent to existing changing pavilion.
o A wild grass meadow will encourage biodiversity and provide a varied landscape. o Provide a supervised, multi-use space suitable for various groups, including sports clubs,
skaters and community bodies.
o Provide a new “more attractive” reception area for the existing changing pavilion, the multi-use
space and possible new community building.
o Suitable for up to 40 users.
o Utilise existing WC facilities.

Trim Trail
o Encircling the playing fields the trail will energise and unify the site. Outdoor Gym
