The complainant understands that Judge DiGangi threat for 178 days
instead of 180 days was to avoid her access to a fair trial.
Judge DiGangi continued this matter for July 12, 2010, the same day
as the trial on the Petition for Removal of Guardian.
Tunderstand that this complaint and any other communication to or
from the Commission on Judicial Conduct remain confidential to the
extent required by MGL chapter 211C, section 6, and Commission Rule
