1) Does the organisation have Leadership incorporated in its value system?

2) What do you feel are the changing trends in leadership in the IT sector?

3) Has change in leadership resulted in proportionate change in the output of

4) Is the high rate of attrition in the IT industry a factor influencing the design
of leadership development programs?

5) Have there been instances where leadership has failed and how has it
been tackled?

6) What leadership challenge does the IT sector face considering that


majority of the people who assume managerial roles come from the
technical background?

7) Is there an employee feedback mechanism to measure the effectiveness


of the leadership program?

8) How different is a leadership role in the IT sector as compared to other


sectors?

9) In many organisations, leadership responsibilities come with experience


but this is not the case with the IT industry as the average age of the
workforce is lower than the other sectors. What effect does this have on
the leadership development program?

10) How is the glass ceiling effect (which is more likely an outcome of
one’s personal preferences due to sexism or racism) eliminated using
